  • Rush Fees: A rush fee will apply for expedited services. This fee ensures that your request is prioritized and addressed promptly.
  • Initial Assessment: The initial review and assessment are free of charge. A custom plan and associated costs will be determined after the case is reviewed.
  • Travel Expenses: Additional travel expenses will be incurred for any technician travel outside of the client’s geographical area when rush services are requested.

4. SMS Policy

  • Consent: By providing your phone number, you consent to receive SMS messages from GMS Matrix for service updates, confirmations, and other relevant information.
  • Frequency: You may receive multiple messages depending on the nature of the service and updates required.
  • Opt-Out: You can opt-out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message or contacting our support team.

  • Loss of Business: GMS Matrix shall not be held liable for any loss of business or profits incurred due to computer servicing, delays, or interruptions in service.
  • Delays in Restoration and Recovery: While we strive to resolve issues promptly, GMS Matrix is not liable for any delays in restoration and recovery efforts.

  • Delays in service or inability to restore data.
